I usually never have a problem with my drink orders here but I came in early in the morning before my shift asked for what I usually get and received a cup full of ice. When I politely asked them to remake my drink with lighter ice , it’s like they were trying to be goofy because they then gave me another drink with NO ice and the amount of a Grande when my order was a Venti. Mind you this was then the “manager” I then just asked for my money back because that’s just ignorance from their part and my time being wasted. She kept being more ignorant and asking what was wrong with the drink like if I didn’t already explain myself 3 times ! . Overall I did get my refund and left . This definitely didn’t have to go that way and these silly employees should be held accountable and have proper manners. My drink is a $8 drink I’m not gonna accept anything less than what I’m paying for BE FOR REAL.

I went in there today to get my blonde vanilla latte and I was met in the window by a really nice girl i think her name was merium mariam something like that but she gave me my drinks and made sure I got anything I needed including extra stuff like straws and napkins, she also complimented my tattoos and made small conversation with me while i waited for my drink to come out I prefer coming to this location than the one in algonquin! nicer workers and much better coffee

I went there April 6th 2026 1:12pm for the first time and I used the app and ordered online. I had a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and it was amazing! The lady working that made it with red hair was very kind and did an amazing job. I definitely will be coming back soon 👍. -Joshua

Went around once to get a blonde shaken espresso it came out insanely bitter, most likely something to do with how the espresso machine was pulling. We went through again to have it remade and again it came out horrible. I’m not sure what’s up with this location but it’s always a hit or miss. I also ordered a protein box and they seemed to have given me one that was on its way out.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Here’s why: Food: ⭐⭐ The food, including the Berry Trio Parfait, was average at best. While it was fresh, it didn’t stand out in terms of flavor or quality. Service: ⭐ The service was disappointing. I specifically asked twice for a decaf coffee, but my request was ignored. This lack of attention to customer requests is unacceptable and significantly impacted my experience. Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐ The atmosphere of the store is decent and provides a typical Starbucks ambiance. However, this doesn’t make up for the poor service and average food quality. Overall, I expected more from Starbucks in terms of service and quality. Hopefully, they can improve and provide a better experience for other customers.
